At House of Drozzki, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund or exchange policy from the date your order was delivered.
Eligibility for a Refund:
To qualify for a refund:

Your item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

You must request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Refundable Items:

Gift cards are the only non-refundable item.
Exchanges:
Need a different style? Reach out to us, and we’ll gladly help you exchange your item, subject to availability.
Refunds Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund after reviewing the issue.
